How it all started

In 2005 Miroslava entered KNEU named after Vadim Hetman to study banking and did not even think about franchising. But after a few years of work, experience in business and banking she realized that she wanted something radically different – to create and help businesses.

Then in 2010, an important story happened at Gloria Jean’s Coffees. Miroslava was first involved in systematizing franchise processes and creating materials and sold her first franchise.

Back then, no one believed franchising could work

During daytime Miroslava talked about franchising to her first clients, and at night she worked by herself on the legal package, franchbook and strategies.

In a matter of a few years, Miroslava’s team had expanded to two assistants and then to a company that has become a leader in the franchising market.

What about now?

During 11 years of work in the niche, Miroslava has created a real ecosystem for franchising development in Ukraine and has helped 600 companies with her expertise, found the “same” franchise for 6000 investors, and increased the intellectual value of the franchise from $15,000 to $150,000.
